Dementia Pathfinder

In 2013 the Widening Digital Participation programme was launched in partnership between NHS Digital and the Good Things Foundation, funding projects across the country with the aim of piloting innovative approaches to promoting digital health inclusion for excluded groups.

In 2018 100% Digital Leeds successfully bid to run a Pathfinder project as part of the Widening Digital Participation programme, focusing on improving the lives of people living with dementia. The intention was to trial new ways to use digital and connectivity to support people living with dementia, their families and carers.
